The mystery is finally clearing up. Thanks to official tweets, a Flipkart product page, and some insider leaks, the Ai+ smartphones are set to launch on July 8 in India. As expected, Flipkart will have exclusive rights to sell them, and the starting price is an attractive INR 5000 (about $59/€50).
Ai+ Nova 5G: Affordable Power
The first phone, once leaked as the Ai+ Nova 2 5G, now looks like it will be called Ai+ Nova 5G. It’s expected to come with a Unisoc T8200 (6nm) chipset, a 50MP main camera, expandable storage, and a big 5,000 mAh battery. This phone brings budget-friendly 5G to Indian users at a really affordable price.
Ai+ Pulse 4G: The Cheapest Option?
Next is the Ai+ Pulse 4G, likely the most affordable in the lineup. It will feature a Unisoc T7250 (12nm) chipset, a 50MP main camera, expandable storage, and the same 5,000 mAh battery as the Nova 5G.
Looking at the back designs so far, the Pulse 4G has a rectangular secondary camera, while the Nova 5G has two round camera modules. These small design differences help tell the phones apart.
Made in India with Care for the Planet
All Ai+ smartphones are made in India. The brand is proud of its sustainable approach, saying their phones use a good amount of reclaimed and recycled materials.
Also, Ai+ phones will run on NxtQuantum OS, a new operating system built just for Indian users. Made by Indian engineers, it offers an easy-to-use interface, follows Indian policies, and respects Indian laws. The company promises that all user data will be stored on MeitY-approved servers in India, hosted by Google Cloud.
More Than Phones: Wearbuds Watch 3
Along with the phones, the brand plans to launch a smartwatch with built-in TWS earphones. Leaked photos of the box confirm the name: Wearbuds Watch 3. This device is also expected to launch on July 8.
