Apple has confirmed its special iPhone 17 launch event for September 9 with the theme “Awe Dropping.” Teases big reveals at the Steve Jobs Theater with glowing Apple logo

The iPhone 17 launch event is expected to unveil the new iPhone 17 lineup, the Apple Watch 2025 lineup, the AirPods Pro 3, and possibly more Apple products. The iPhone 17 launch event will be live streamed for viewers worldwide as well.

The new models are said to include not just the iPhone 17 but also the brand new iPhone 17 Air, featuring a new design, a 6.6-inch display, an Apple C1 modem, and a single rear camera. The Plus model has been dropped by Apple this year and this means that there will be Apple iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max.

The Pro models are also rumored to include the more durable aluminum frame it saw on the iPhone 17 launch event, along with a newly designed bar-shaped camera module. All iPhone 17 models will possibly feature A19 / A19 Pro chipsets and ProMotion calling for the first time ever in the complete iPhone lineup.
