After years of development, Apple is “likely” to reach a new milestone in health tracking with the Apple Watch in 2025. This milestone involves high blood pressure detection, and Apple insider Mark Gurman asserts that the upcoming Apple Watch Series 11 and Apple Watch Ultra 3 are expected to include this feature when they debut in the fall of 2025.

While there have been discussions about Apple’s efforts to implement blood pressure monitoring for several years, various technological hurdles have delayed the launch of this capability. However, it appears that Apple is poised to surmount these final challenges.

The next Apple Watch may not provide exact blood pressure readings, but it could still be quite beneficial.
