Xiaomi‘s sub-brand Redmi has been posting teasers for the Redmi Note 15 Pro+, which will be part of its Note 15 Pro series for China. The Pro+ should be the most powerful and a recent listing found in the internal code of Xiaomi indicates it will make use of the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset with the codename Fluorite. This is also the chipset that was initially launched with the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ in China, back in September 2024.
Now the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ has been spotted on the Geekbench benchmark database mentioned as model number 2510ERA8BC. The listing reveals some important performance metrics for the upcoming device. The prototype scored 1228 points in single-core and 3230 points in multi-core, per Geekbench. The motherboard is codenamed Fluorite, which aligns with prior leakers.
CPU architecture is tri-cluster with 4 cores clocked at 1·8GHz, 3 cores clocked at 2·4GHz and a prime core clocked at 2·71GHz The source code lists the GPU as an Adreno 810. The most noticeable thing is the prime core clock speed. Though officially capped at 2.5GHz in the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, the Geekbench listing showed a 2.71GHz prime core, indicating a Snapdragon chipset that’s either a different version or an “Accelerated Edition” like Qualcomm has historically done.
As previously mentioned, a device prototype of the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ is shown to have been powered by Android 15 and 16GB RAM, suggesting the top-tier offering might feature a similar 16GB RAM configuration for consumers.
According to leaks, the Redmi Note 15 Pro series is set to launch in China next week, likely on August 21. Other official teasers have also confirmed the series is in for better durability with fall resistance, a reworked squircle-shaped rear camera module, and a new red color option at a minimum. The 3C certification list also revealed that it will support wired fast charging at 90W.
The official launch date of the Note 15 Pro series seems imminent as teasers are already out, and key specs are visible through benchmarks and certifications. With the top-end RAM and the fast charging not-so-far away, the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ looks to be a performance monster with the overclocked Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset with it as well.
