The Moonstone Pixel 10 Pro is already getting everyone’s attention — even if it’s not fully available just yet. There are just a few days to go until the August 20 unveiling at the Made by Google event, but what we’ll be seeing have all leaked in their new Moonstone color: Google’s Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, Pixel Watch 4, and Pixel Buds 2a.
Earlier in the week, we released exclusive renders of Google’s entire Pixel lineup. Now, we have even more pictures of the devices being shown off online, as Twitter leaker Evleaks has posted high-resolution images of the products — all of which are in the appealing, cool, slate-blue Moonstone Pixel 10 Pro color.
The Moonstone Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL’s glossy frame could be mirror-finished, which may smudge with fingerprints but it adds a touch of premium feel to the design. Google has, per usual, stuck with that weird button layout, but as we’re used to the reversed power and volume rocker these days, we will probably forgive them.
The Moonstone Pixel Watch 4 and Buds 2a Leak, Too
Rounding out the Moonstone range is the Pixel Watch 4 (in the new Moonstone colour too). It also has a matte case, like the black Pixel Watch 3, rather than the glossy finish of the silver and gold varieties. This gives buyers a bit more variety, especially for those who like a more subtle-looking matte finish that’s also a bit more durable.
Curiously, Google even goes out of its way to obscure the underside of the watch — the place for its new side-charging system. That’s the third major redesign of the charger in four generations of the Pixel Watch, which implies some serious reworking internally.
And then there’s those Pixel Buds 2a Again, we can’t say with 100% certainty that these are the Pixel Buds 2a over being a return of the Pixel Buds Pro in Moonstone, but Google has a history of refreshing colors without actually changing any hardware. The first-gen Pixel Buds Pro, for instance, did have new colors arrive long before any upgrade.
Launch Set for August 20
All eyes are now on the Made by Google event, set for August 20, when we expect the Moonstone Pixel 10 Pro and the others in the family to be officially unveiled. So with all these leaks, one has to wonder — what is left that we don’t already know about Google?
The Moonstone Pixel 10 Pro looks to be one of the most visually stunning Pixel phones yet. No matter if you’re a smartwatch person or a wireless audio person, Moonstone just looks classy all around Google’s products.
With the Moonstone Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel Watch 4 and Pixel Buds 2a already dominating the hyperweb, Google does appear to be buying into the hype — or perhaps completely losing grip of it. Either way, fans get a good look at what’s in store next month.
