Nothing Phone 3 is scheduled to go official on July 1 and just days before the grand announcement, a new set of renders has leaked. The newly leaked snaps reveal the Nothing Phone 3 in both black and white flavors, and they show off a design that takes what came before and evolves it – as per the company’s own words. The renders show a unique and interesting rear camera setup, including one sensor that is floating freely, as well as a Glyph Matrix display, which is at the top corner on the rear.
The Nothing Phone 3’s design is hoped to make it stand out in a crowded Android market. As spotted by Android Headlines, the renders show off the front and a polished Glyph interface on the back – echoing what we’ve seen on the Nothing Phone 3a and Phone 3a Pro.
New Glyph Matrix and Asymmetrical Camera Layout
The leaked design proves the Glyph Matrix display to be in the top top left corner and it also separated from other back panel. In a departure from the normal triple-camera approach, the Nothing Phone 3 has left one camera sensor as a lone traveler on the left while seating the other two next to each other on the lower edge — quite a visual statement.
The images are consistent with earlier design teasers Nothing had put out, indicating that the brand’s focus on design and innovation is not about to change. The Nothing Phone 3 launch event is also expected to debut the Nothing Headphone 1, so July 1 is going to be an exciting day for the company’s fans.
High-End Hardware and Good Software Support in the Long Haul
At its heart, the Nothing Phone 3 will be undoubtedly powered by the beastly Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor. Camera wise, it features a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto sensor, the first for the brand. Leaks also indicate that there will be a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera. The phone is rumored to have a 50-megapixel camera on the front for high-resolution selfies and video calls, too.
The Nothing Phone 3 is said to come with a 6.7-inch LTPO OLED display with a high 1.5K resolution for crisp and smooth visuals. It will run on a 5,150mAh battery with 100W fast wired charging and 15W wireless charging for that rounded flagship experience.
On the software side of things, the Nothing Phone 3 should have very good long-term value and reliability with both five years of Android OS updates as well as seven years of security patches.
