If accurate, this would be a significant step up from the current Galaxy S25 series, which has a 16GB RAM model but only for the Galaxy S25 Ultra and then only in some regions including China and South Korea.
Instead, the S25 and S25+ of the Premire line are powered by a 12GB of RAM variants. Samsung seems to be evening the race with the Galaxy S26 series though, as we’re hearing that 16GB models may serve various (or even all) regions, which would also represent a new minimum RAM spec for Android flagship phones.
