Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 & Z Flip 7 Spotted on 3C Certification

3C Certification Leak: Galaxy Z Fold 7 (SM-F9660) and Z Flip 7 (SM-F7660) are listed with 25W charging, the same as predecessors.

Battery Specs: Fold 7 retains 4,400mAh; Flip 7 upgrades to 4,300mAh (vs. Flip 6’s 4,000mAh).

No Charger in Box: Confirmed via certification, aligning with Samsung’s eco-friendly strategy.

July 2024 Launch: Expected alongside Samsung’s rumored tri-fold smartphone at Galaxy Unpacked.

Chipset Details: Fold 7 may feature Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy; Flip 7 could use Exynos 2500.

Competitive Gap: 25W charging lags behind Galaxy S25+ and S25 Ultra’s 45W speeds.

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 have surfaced on China’s 3C certification database, hinting at key specifications ahead of their anticipated July 2024 launch.

The listings confirm support for 25W wired charging via the EP-TA800 adapter, matching last year’s Fold 6 and Flip 6.

However, this places the foldable behind Samsung’s Galaxy S25 series and mid-range A56/A36 models, which boast faster 45W charging.

The Galaxy Z Fold 7 is rumored to retain its 4,400mAh battery, while the Galaxy Z Flip 7 may see a slight bump to 4,300mAh for extended usability.

Notably, neither device will include a charger in the box, continuing Samsung’s sustainability push.

Under the hood, leaks suggest the Fold 7 will run Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset, optimized for multitasking on its book-style display.

The Flip 7, meanwhile, could debut Samsung’s Exynos 2500 processor, marking a potential return to in-house chips for clamshell models.

Industry tipsters like Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) speculate that both devices will debut at Samsung’s July Galaxy Unpacked event, possibly alongside a revolutionary tri-fold smartphone.

While specs align with earlier leaks, the 25W charging may disappoint fans hoping for faster power delivery in 2024’s premium foldables.
