It’s no surprise that Oppo and OnePlus frequently release the same product under different names. The recently launched Oppo Pad 3 is one such device we anticipated would be introduced by OnePlus with a different title.
However, we were quite taken aback by the name OnePlus ultimately chose. While we expected the Oppo Pad 3 to be released by OnePlus simply as the Pad 3, the Chinese company opted for a different approach. The team at GSMArena has recently discovered the OnePlus Pad (2024) in China, a tablet that closely resembles the newly released Oppo Pad 3. The main distinction between the two tablets is their color.
The OnePlus Pad (2024) is available in green in China and is priced the same as the Oppo Pad 3.
- OnePlus Pad (2024) 8/128 GB – CNY 2,000 ($275 / €260)
- OnePlus Pad (2024) 8/256 GB – CNY 2,300 ($315 / €300)
- OnePlus Pad (2024) 12/256 GB – CNY 2,700 ($370 / €355)
- OnePlus Pad (2024) 12/512 GB – CNY 3,100 ($425 / €405)
Similar to the Oppo Pad 3, the OnePlus Pad (2024) features an 11.6-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2000 x 2800 pixels, a brightness of up to 700 nits, and a refresh rate of 144 Hz.
This tablet is equipped with the same MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor and offers multiple memory configurations: 8/128 GB, 8/256 GB, 12/256 GB, or 12/512 GB. It’s important to note that, like the Oppo Pad 3, the OnePlus Pad (2024) does not include a microSD card slot for memory expansion.

On the rear, it has an 8-megapixel main camera, while the front features an 8-megapixel selfie camera. Additionally, the tablet comes with a substantial 9520 mAh battery that supports 67W wired charging. Other notable features of the OnePlus Pad (2024) include stereo speakers, NFC (Near Field Communication) support, Bluetooth 5.4, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Although it was launched in China as the OnePlus Pad (2024), there is a possibility that the global version will be marketed as the OnePlus Pad 3.
